Built in 1965/66, this unique 17-storey office building in Manchester spans the Rochdale Canal. In the 60’s part of the building became home to the ranks of US Army personnel located next door at Manchester Piccadilly. In recent times as part of the 2002 Commonwealth Games festivities in Manchester, one of the floors in the building was turned into an entertainment venue where many of the games celebrations were hosted.
