Overview

Bruntwood took over the Booths Park estate in 2004 and initially transformed Booths Hall and Booths Park House into unique and characterful office accommodation. A series of modern office buildings are also accommodated within the grounds, and the whole destination has been given a real sense of place with the creation of a contemporary, architect designed courtyard space that makes the most of the glorious outdoor space.

Boutique sandwich shop Philpotts currently occupy the retail unit available at the estate.

Interesting facts

Opposite the fireplace in the Oak Room office, behind an oak paneled bureau built into the wall, is a secret passageway leading down into a labyrinth of cellars. Whilst many old manor houses had secret tunnels and false paneling for hiding during the Civil wars, these passages were used for the butlers and maids.
