From acquisition and site assembly, to design principles and master planning, the majority of our development process is driven by our in-house team. This allows us to guarantee the consistency and quality of our project delivery and, consequentially, the end-result we provide to customers.

Although our preferred – and more sustainable – approach is to recycle existing buildings rather than build from new, we have proved that we can undertake new-build development to the highest standards of design quality and environmental performance.

Redeveloping listed buildings
Unlike many developers, we are not afraid to tackle the delicate task of refurbishing listed buildings. Our approach is to ensure that our redevelopment schemes work ‘in the grain’ of the existing buildings, preserving and enhancing their features and characteristics so as to create more distinctive and desirable locations for our customers.
