Our letting model
All well as working with a wide range of professional letting agents, at Bruntwood we have our own highly-experienced in-house sales team whose job it is to ensure that we match customers with the best possible space to suit their requirements. By doing this we can make sure that all potential customers are well looked after at every step of the journey.

We operate our buildings through our highly-professional team of General Managers whose job it is to make sure that all our customers' needs are met. It is their customer insight and their close understanding of what makes our buildings work operationally that feeds back into our development approach, enabling us to get more and more of our redevelopments 'right first time'.
