Kevin Crotty

Chief Financial Officer

Kevin qualified as a Chartered Accountant with Deloitte, working in their Assurance and Advisory department where he spent four years latterly specialising in the property and automotive sectors.

He joined Bruntwood in 2002 and oversaw the financing of the company across its short, medium and long-term requirements. He led the re-financing of the entire group via a £440m CMBS bond issue in 2007 and has more recently negotiated the business's £200m medium-term loan facility with a club of three banks. Kevin joined the board in 2007 as our Banking Director and on the back of the success in that area he was recently promoted to CFO where he is now responsible for the entire finance function of the business.

Kevin enjoys playing golf and is a keen skier. As a season ticket holder at Manchester City, he's also an avid football fan but enjoys watching most sports, including cricket. Kevin is engaged and due to marry in Sweden in mid 2012.
