Peter Crowther

Development Director & Regional Director, Birmingham

Peter joined Bruntwood in 1997 having completed a degree in Urban Land Economics at Sheffield Hallam University. Since joining Bruntwood, he has held both sales and development positions before becoming Development Director in 2004. Peter was also responsible for setting up Bruntwood’s Birmingham Office in 2008.

Throughout his time at Bruntwood, Peter has gained a wealth of experience from his close involvement and often leading role in a range of substantial development projects. This has included the redevelopment of City Tower, St James' Buildings and Elliot House in Manchester, plus the development of the company's landmark new-build development, One New York Street.

Outside of Bruntwood, Peter sits on the Board of Oldham Coliseum Theatre, the Irwell City Park Partnership and the Northern Board of the British Council for Offices (BCO).

Married with three children, Peter spends his spare time chasing after the kids or training for yet another marathon.
