Richard Burgess

Director of Facilities Management

Richard joined Bruntwood in 2002 following a successful career in the hospitality and leisure sector.

Since joining the company Richard has worked in a variety of roles, giving him a solid understanding of the property and facilities management sectors. His role since 2008 has been in driving innovation in our service to our customers through the work of our Facilities Management team. Richard is also responsible for making sure that our customers' service charge money is managed effectively though working with the procurement team to provide best value and service across all our buildings.

Married with four children, Richard spends the majority of his spare time trying to keep track of the family whilst attempting to find time to follow Manchester United and keep his fitness levels in check.
