Before we get started, it’s important that you know we are not a typical property company. Although we own over 80 office buildings in Liverpool, Manchester, Leeds and Birmingham, it’s our 800 customers who make our world spin round.

This is because we are a service provider. Our entire business is resourced and managed as a service business and as a result our customer retention rate is almost 4 times higher than the UK national average.

Firstly. We are privately owned and take long-term decisions for the benefit of our business, our people and our communities. Secondly, we provide office space ranging from one desk for one month, to whole buildings for 25 years and everything in between. Thirdly, a lease is with Bruntwood, not the building, and each year we help dozens of our customers expand within our buildings. Fourthly, we recruit all our people for attitude and cultural fit, preferring to teach skills. Fifthly, we give 10% of our annual profits to charitable and good causes. And finally, 70% of the energy we buy into our buildings comes from fully renewable sources.
