We are a privately owned commercial property company who offer office space, serviced offices, virtual offices, retail space and meeting rooms. With over 30 years experience of providing great offices we’ve learnt a few things about what’s important to our customers and have taken the expectations many businesses have of a landlord and turned them on their head. In our portfolio of 90 buildings we cater for businesses who occupy entire buildings to those who require one desk and everything in between. The variety of office styles we can offer is just as impressive. If you are looking for super-modern offices, in a listed 18th century building set in parkland, we have it. If you need to be at the heart of the city centre, with a prestigious address and timeless reception to wow your visitors, we can do that too.

Commercial flexibility

Over 1000 companies call a Bruntwood office their home and if product range is an essential part of the Bruntwood offer, so too are our flexible leases. These reflect the fact that the relationship we have with each of our customers is a contract with Bruntwood, as opposed to a contract with a particular suite, in a particular building. We understand that a business’s need for space changes over time. Our flexible leases, coupled with the scale and range of product we can offer, allows us to move our customers within and between buildings or even cities, as their needs dictate.

World class customer service

Customer service isn’t a phrase you generally associate with commercial property but whilst we own office buildings, we manage ourselves as a customer service business. Over 220 people, many from hotel, hospitality and facilities management backgrounds are employed directly in our buildings. Our service is demonstrated no better than in our customers’ willingness to recommend us, which is three times higher than the UK’s service industry average.

Our communities

From sponsorship, civic initiatives and charity we have a track record of playing our part in helping shape our cities. Each year we donate over 10% of our annual profits to arts, civic and charitable causes and take every opportunity to involve our customers.
