Director of Facilities Management
Iain joined Bruntwood in 1986, after working for a private practice in Manchester with a firm of industrial property valuers. He has been a member of RICS for 22 yrs and graduated as a General Practice Surveyor.
He has spent the 14 yrs leading the Building and Construction Team at Bruntwood. In 2006 he took over responsibility for the Facilities Management Strategy within the Company.
A Trustee of Bluecoat Arts Centre in Liverpool, Iain is currently involved with the £10m capital development programme.
Married to Susan, Iain has five children, four of which are girls. He enjoys riding his touring bike and clay pigeon shooting. A big Francophile - Iain is learning to speak French. He is also a lively Manchester City fan and lives in hope that in his lifetime City may win a major trophy...
