John Marland
Director of Project Management
John joined Bruntwood in 1992 following the completion a Construction Management degree in Bristol. He has held a number of different roles at Bruntwood but over the last three years he’s focused on delivering the Manchester City Centre pipeline of development projects.
John has lived in Sale for the last 12 years and is married to Lynne, who also works for Bruntwood, they have two children.
Outside of work his time is taken up with looking after his children, which mainly involves taking them to their many sporting engagements. He also plays tennis regularly, golf intermittently and skiing annually on the company trip. John is also part of the Bruntwood running culture and has completed three marathons in the last three years.
