Daughter of the Chairman, Mike Oglesby, Kate has been at Bruntwood since 2000. Before this she worked at Anderson Consulting, Fayrefield Foods (Sales), Rank Hovis McDougall (Marketing), Safeway (Buying) and completed an MBA at Manchester Business School. Kate is a Princes Trust business mentor.
Kate is married to Phil and they have two children. Her interests revolve around the children in the main, but also include running, eating out and learning French.
