Kevin qualified as a Chartered Accountant with Deloitte working in their Assurance and Advisory department where he spent four years, specialising in the property and automotive sectors. He joined Bruntwood seven years ago.

Kevin oversees the financing of the company and led the re-financing of the entire group via a £440m CMBS Bond Issue and £150m medium term facility. He is also responsible for treasury management and hedging the company’s interest rate exposure. Other functions include corporation tax compliance and planning, financial modelling and utilities procurement.

Kevin is a season ticket holder at Manchester City. He spends regular weekends away playing golf enjoys watching most sports, especially football and cricket. He’s also a keen skier and enjoys dining out regularly.
