Overview
Dating back to the 14th century, Booths Park House is situated in idyllic rural scenery just minutes away from one of Cheshire's most picturesque towns.
Booths Park House was transformed into a modern office building in 2004. The building offers up to 2,258 sq ft of unique and characterful office accommodation set away from the main Booths Hall and its surrounding buildings. With a football pitch and Toft cricket club in site Booths Park House provides a stunning environment for your staff.
A series of modern office buildings are also accommodated within the grounds, and the whole destination has been given a real sense of place with the creation of a contemporary, architect-designed courtyard that allows your staff to make the most of the glorious outdoor space.
There’s ample on-site parking, but for those travelling by public transport, Knutsford railway station is just 10 minutes walk away, putting Booths Park just 40 minutes from Manchester city centre by train. With an on-site Philpotts cafe serving a wide range of hot and cold food, running and cycling routes and a wealth of other outdoor facilities, you'll fid that Booths Park offers the ultimate in work-life balance.
The flexibility to change and grow
Should you need to expand into bigger offices or relocate to a new location, we're more than happy to expand your space or move you to other premises within our portfolio with a simple rework of your existing lease. It’s this understanding of how business works that makes our customer retention rate more than twice the national average.
Interesting facts
Booths Park was the home of the Legh family for over 600 years until it was sold in 1917. The property, which comprised eight farms, 22 small holdings and cottages, four houses, 115 acres of woodland and Booths Hall itself, fetched the princely sum of £40,000.
