Interesting facts

In 1968 there was no office building here, but a tennis club. Locals would grab their tennis racquets and head to Burlington Tennis Club for a quick match with friends. The Club eventually became an office building, and was to be Bruntwood's first acquisition in the Liverpool market in 1989.
