Customer demand for more Bruntwood office space in Leeds has led to our recent purchase of City House, a landmark building situated in the heart of the city centre sitting directly above the city’s mainline rail station.
Utilising our extensive redevelopment skills, our aim is to transform this neglected property into a new high-profile business destination, creating office space to suit all sizes and types of organisation. The exterior of the building will be given a striking new look with contemporary curtain-wall glazing and a sharp, new entrance foyer and mezzanine reception that will create a definite impact on arrival. Inside, the 14 floors of offices will be completely refurbished with the aim of achieving a BREEAM Excellent rating, a rare accolade for refurbished accommodation. With the upper floors also boasting panoramic views of the city, we expect these to be in great demand.
Plans for City House also include suites of easy access serviced office desks and Red Rooms meeting facilities, as well as the top class concierge-style customer service that Bruntwood is renowned for. Detailed designs for City House’s refurbishment are currently being finalised and we expect offices to be available from summer 2013, subject to planning permissions.
