Customer demand for more Bruntwood office space in Leeds has led to our recent purchase of City House, a landmark building situated in the heart of the city centre that straddles the city’s mainline rail station.

Bruntwood is undertaking a major redveelopment project to transform City House into a new high-profile business destination which, as well as conventional office space, will include suites of easy-access, serviced office desks and Red Rooms meeting facilities, plus the top class, concierge-style customer service that Bruntwood is renowned for. Detailed designs for City House’s refurbishment are currently being finalised and we expect serviced offices to be available from summer 2013, subject to planning permissions. 

 

High-spec offices and meeting rooms

The serviced offices at City House will be located above the mezzanine floor and will be fully refurbished to a high specification, with air-conditioning and excellent city views. The suite of on-site meeting rooms, complete with video conferencing facilities, will be available to hire to serviced office customers at specially-discounted rates.

Available to rent from one month upwards, our serviced offices come with fixed transparent costs so that you know that the price we quote you is the price you pay.
