Hepworth Point, Offices
Clay Pit Lane
Leeds
LS2 8BQ
Hepworth Point stands at the north edge of Leeds' city centre, with excellent access to the inner ring road which in turn leads to the region's motorway network. The building is only a few minutes' walk from the main shopping core. Currently Leeds Metropolitan University occupies the building in its entirety as The Leeds School of Architecture, Landscape & Design.
We have no Office space available at the moment
The Building is named after J Hepworth and Son Ltd who were originally based on this site. They began a tailoring operation in Leeds in 1864 and over the space of 20 years opened no fewer than 148 branches. In 1906 Joseph became the Lord Mayor of Leeds. Eventually the company he had built merged with another retail company and is now part of the fashion empire we know today as Next.
The people below are responsible for the smooth running of the building and making customers’ lives as easy and enjoyable as possible. As you can see from the testimonials throughout the site, our current customers find them invaluable.
