McLaren is Bruntwood’s latest office development in Birmingham’s city centre. The building is currently benefitting from a complete refurbishment scheme, to turn it into some of Birmingham’s finest quality office space. Upon completion, the building will offer high specification, flexible office space, from 300 sq ft – 60,000 sq ft, on floors of 5,500 sq ft all delivered with an attention to customer service that’s second to none. McLaren is a classic, retro, tower block in the beating heart of Birmingham’s Masshouse regeneration zone. We’re investing heavily into the exterior of the building to match the contemporary look and feel of the new buildings in the surrounding developments and with new look glazed elevations the outside of this office building is set to be completely transformed. When it’s complete, McLaren will, once again, be a landmark property in Birmingham’s city centre.
