Welcome to McLaren, Bruntwood’s latest office development in Birmingham’s city centre. Having purchased the building in March, we’re now about to embark on a £7.1m complete refurbishment scheme, to turn it into some of Birmingham’s finest quality office space.
Upon completion, the building will offer high specification, flexible office space, from 300sq. ft. – 60,000 sq.ft, on floors of 5,500 sq. ft. all delivered with an attention to customer service that’s second to none. Each of the available office suites can be tailored specifically to your company’s needs and Bruntwood are able to assist and advise when it comes to space planning and fitting out your new office.
Offices are available for 1 to 25 years on flexible terms. You can move seamlessly within our 90 office buildings throughout Manchester, Leeds, Liverpool and Birmingham if your office requirements change, within the term of your office lease.
We recognise you need your office to look as individual as your business. That’s why we offer a project management service to see you through from blank canvas to bespoke office.

McLaren is a classic, retro, tower block in the beating heart of Birmingham’s Masshouse regeneration zone. We’re investing heavily into the exterior of the building to match the contemporary look and feel of the new buildings in the surrounding developments and with new look glazed elevations the outside of this office building is set to be completely transformed.
