Bruntwood make way for O'Connors

Bruntwood have handed over their 11th floor office suite in The Plaza - complete with panoramic views of Liverpool - to make room for new generation law firm O’Connors.

A total of ten staff from O’Connors have moved in to the 3000sq.ft space from its former premises in India Building. The three partners, Nigel Wallis, Mark O’Connor and Paul O’Connor, viewed The Plaza in the summer and both companies agreed Bruntwood’s office was an ideal space for the expanding company.

The partners at O’Connors had noticed the commercial district shifting towards The Plaza, so the strategic location of The Plaza was an influential factor in their final decision.

Bruntwood, which has 14 staff working from its Liverpool-based office, now occupies space on the ground floor of The Plaza.
