Bruntwood find a new home for 42 IT consultants after their property is destroyed in a fire

Last month an IT company in Warrington were left homeless after its property was destroyed in a fire. Keen to find a new base and get back up and running as soon as possible they turned to Bruntwood.

They were not disappointed as 42 new desks were speedily organised in under 9 hours and all 42 employees were happily back at their desk the next working day. All 42 employees were all accommodated at The White House, one of Bruntwood’s buildings at Wilderspool Business Park in Warrington.

Zoe Costello, Bruntwood’s Sales Surveyor negotiated the deal and commented “In the event of any Disaster Recovery situation, as this turned out to be, serviced space can be your quickest option to get back up and running at short notice. For most companies time is money and it was crucial to get them operating again as soon as possible, so we were extremely pleased to be able to help them so quickly” Zoe was also pleased to win Bruntwood’s ‘deal of the year’ for handling this so efficiently.

Wilderspool Park is one of Bruntwood's most popular developments and is now 100% occupied but due to the flexible nature of serviced space, we will have offices coming available in the near future.
