Letting success at Wilderspool Park in Warrington

Space at the 91,000sqft business park has become increasingly popular, with a mixture of current customers expanding and new customers taking additional space. Western Cheshire have taken 13,600sqft and MMI Engineering who are currently serviced space customers will be moving into 2,300sqft of office space shortly. Current customers The Ombudsman Service are also increasing their space from 4,300sqft to 6,000sqft as they expand their business. With a further 4,000sqft in solicitor’s hands the team at Wilderspool have been kept busy.

Bruntwood Regional Director Sharon Johnson comments "These deals add to the success of Wilderspool Business Park, where we now only have 13,500 sq.ft of office space available. It has been great to see our current customers achieving success and expanding as well as welcoming some new customers to the park."
