Bruntwood Launch Lowry House

On Thursday 12th July, north of England property company, Bruntwood Limited, launched their latest office product to the Manchester market. The event was marked by inviting all of the Manchester office agency teams to the building, so that they could see, first hand, the work that Bruntwood have delivered during the past 18 months.

Providing conventional office, serviced office and meeting room space across 73,000 sq.ft over 15 floors, Lowry House is Bruntwood’s first product of its type in Manchester city centre.

Externally, the building now sports a brand new 3-story extension which fronts on to Spring Gardens and Marble Street and houses the building’s new brand new reception, meeting rooms and serviced office space.

Indeed, it is inside that the real transformation has taken place. Having been completely refurbished internally, Lowry House now provides customers with some of the highest specification office space in the city, alongside an on-site customer service team that are designed to make users lives as simple and hassle free as possible.

Sales and development surveyor Neal Biddle, who was responsible for the redevelopment of the building, commented, “Both the team and I are exceptionally proud of the work we’ve delivered here. The quality of the workmanship and product allied to the flexible office product were offering all under one roof, makes Lowry House one of a kind in Manchester and the letting success so far is testament to that.”

Lowry House is now more than 50% let, only weeks after practical completion and with many other deals in solicitors’ hands, it is hope that the building will be fully let by the end of the year.
