Bruntwood open new courtyard at Booth's Park

Bruntwood are delighted to announce that their brand new courtyard at Booths Park their 220 acre business park set in Knutsford, Cheshire is now open for use.

The courtyard has been the culmination of 2 years planning and construction work, turning a previously unused area of land into a tiered landscaped area, that wouldn’t look out of place in any city centre public realm scheme.

The work is all part of Bruntwood’s £11m investment in Booths Park, which offers a complete range of office product from conventional office space, right through to serviced office space, conferencing and meeting rooms.

Letting at the Park is going well and Matt Duckworth, Bruntwood sales surveyor commented, “The new courtyard at Booths is a fantastic new addition to the Park and our customers are enjoying using it. Hopefully, this will further assist with our lettings and with a further 50,000 sq.ft available, we’re as keen as ever to get new customers into Booths Park.

Bruntwood are offering their customary flexibility at Booths Park catering for 2-person office requirements, up to over 50,000sqft. and everything in between. With terms from as little as 1-month.

Duckworth commented further, “We’re really encouraging our customers to use their space more efficiently and are trying to help reduce their fixed occupational costs. One way we can achieve this is by designing meeting rooms out of their space, as they can use the onsite meeting facilities within Booths Hall Conference Venue when they need to, rather than paying for full time meeting rooms that typically run at 40% occupancy.”
