North of England property company, Bruntwood, have attracted the North West Collaborative Commercial Agency (NWCCA) to take 9,000 sq ft at Halyard Court, in Salford Quays.

The NWCCA is a collaborative commercial and procurement organisation established by the NHS, for the NHS and drives improved procurement and commercial efficiencies across the North West health economy.

Blending public sector values with private sector ethos the NWCCA maximise the NHS’s enormous purchasing power, not just to save money, but also to improve quality, patient safety and reduce inefficiencies. Over the past five years, they have helped Trusts achieve savings of more than £110 million which have been reinvested to further enhance the quality of patient care.

Michelle McCusker, Head of Business and Performance at the NWCCA said “Our office requirements were specific. We were looking for good quality, cost effective, office space that was more economical than our previous arrangement and flexible enough to work with our contract dates and future expansion plans. Bruntwood has been more than helpful in accommodating our needs at Halyard Court”

Halyard Court is undergoing extensive public realm improvements, including a new entrance leading directly to the Quays, as well as landscaping and signage works to provide the building with further prominence in the area.
