Bruntwood attracts two new customers to recent acquisition, Cotton House

Bruntwood, the family-owned commercial property company, have attracted two new customers to Cotton House, Queen Street, Manchester in deals totaling 4,844 sq ft.

Cotton House is one of Bruntwood’s latest acquisitions and has recently undergone a redevelopment scheme, including a brand new entrance and reception area and the refurbishment of common areas in order to provide businesses with high quality space.
Global technology and online media company, Specific Media UK Ltd have taken 2000 sq ft of office space and professional services company, Farrsight Solutions Ltd have taken 2844 sq ft.
