North of England property firm Bruntwood have launched their latest office building 14 King Street, formerly Cloth Hall Court, in Leeds’ city centre. The 37,000 sq ft grade A development, in Leeds’ traditional core, has benefited from a £2.3m complete refurbishment and now offers flexible accommodation over 6 floors.

Bruntwood’s head of sales and development in Leeds, Craig Burrow, said, “The offices at 14 King Street offer high specification, air conditioned and open plan suites up to 6,700 sq ft, all with excellent natural light. The flexibility of the building also allows us to create offices from as little as 355 sq ft, meaning we can provide cost effective space for businesses looking to accommodate anywhere from three to over 400 people.”

“14 King Street will be managed by our dedicated service team, which will ensure all our customers at the building experience levels service you’d expect to receive in a 5 star hotel. They’ll also benefit from lease flexibility that’s difficult to find elsewhere in the city centre. As a result of this and allied to the range of space and value we’re able to offer at the building, the appetite for the offices here is already strong.”

Because taking a lease at 14 King Street would be with Bruntwood and not the building, customers have the opportunity to up and down size throughout the Bruntwood portfolio, as their business requirements change. This ability to expand and contract customers is a key part of Bruntwood’s service oriented approach and is something 50 Bruntwood customers have taken advantage of in the past 12 months.

14 King Street is Bruntwood’s fourth office building in Leeds’ city centre. The other 3, totalling 250,000 sq ft, are fully let, other than their serviced office space and meeting room facilities, all of which are all available to hire on an on-going basis at their WESTONE development on Wellington Street.
