Bruntwood let 12,000 sq ft to Edge Hill University

North of England property firm Bruntwood have let 12,000 sq ft of office space in Manchester's city centre to Edge Hill University.

The university has signed a deal with Bruntwood to occupy space at Armstrong House, which forms part of Bruntwood's Manchester Technology Centre on Oxford Road.

Bruntwood sales director Andrew Butterworth said, "We're delighted to welcome Edge Hill University to our portfolio and it's encouraging to see requirements of this size and quality active in the market. The deal also helps further establish this part of Oxford Road, now known as the Corridor, as a location well suited for academic and innovative business."

The Ormskirk based university has moved to Manchester in order to help facilitate the work they will be undertaking with Manchester Royal Infirmary and they have signed a 10 year lease with Bruntwood, which means Armstrong House is now fully let
