TBO Services Limited, who provide bespoke telemarketing services combined with business and consumer data solutions, have taken 4,600 sq ft at Marsland House, whilst Shortcuts, who provide salon and spa software, have taken 3,150 sq ft at Dalton House. Over at Sale Point, debt management company, Harrington Brooks have taken 16,375 sq ft and Trafford Housing Trust have taken 21,110 sq ft.
