Family owned commercial property group Bruntwood have attracted two new customers to its Liverpool portfolio in deals totalling over 2000 sq ft.
Property recruitment company Caroline Kingsley Holdings Limited have taken space at Bruntwood’s landmark office building The Plaza and video production company Paintbox Art Media Limited have taken space at the Grade II listed Queen Insurance Buildings both set in the heart of Liverpool’s traditional business quarter.
