Bruntwood have completed their latest deal at Booths Park. The 10,519 sq.ft letting, to Iris Software Group, marks the 12th deal of 2008 at the park, which has recently undergone an £11m redevelopment scheme.

Bruntwood sales surveyor at Booths Park, Matthew Duckworth, said: “The £17.50 rent we’ve agreed with Iris, which includes 40 car spaces, represents exceptionally good value in the Knutsford market. Quoting rents in Knutsford have reached £18.75 a sq ft for space that doesn’t match the quality or level of service Bruntwood provides at Booths Park, which could explain why we continue to attract businesses.”

Iris Software Group is consolidating their three regional offices at Nantwich, Lymm and Handforth into 4 Booths Park, which will become their new north west headquarters.

Barbara Firth, Iris Software Group property director, said: “We’re delighted to be basing our new north west headquarters at Booths Park. The quality and flexibility of the office accommodation, its convenient location and ample parking were all key drivers in making the decision to base over 100 of our staff here and we are looking forward to becoming part of the Booths Park community.”

David Laws of Edwards & Co, joint acting agent at Booths Park, said: “Bruntwood’s recent refurbishment of the estate has confirmed its status as a serious business community in the north west. Iris Software joins a host of high profile existing occupiers including AMEC NNC and Alstom Power, which pays testament to the quality and service provided at the park.”

Now, only 40,000 sq ft of available office space remains at the 240,000 sq ft business park, which offers a complete product mix of conventional offices, serviced offices, meeting room hire and conferencing facilities.
