North of England commercial property company, Bruntwood, has let the last of the remaining space at The Exchange building on New York Street, Manchester. Isis, a financial services company, recently took 1489 sq ft to fill the 32,000 sq ft building.
As one of Manchester’s first privately-funded public realm schemes, Bruntwood has transformed New York Street into a contemporary thoroughfare. The £1.35m scheme from Bruntwood comprises a greatly improved retail offering, brand new tree lined pavements, lighting and seating.
Combined with The Exchange’s Grade A refurbishment with new common areas, New York Street has proven to be a popular choice with companies seeking city centre office space.
