North of England property firm, Bruntwood, has let 3,700 sq ft of retail space to Majestic Wine, on the ground floor of Dalton House, one of their latest office developments in Sale, Greater Manchester.
Bruntwood’s sales director, Andrew Butterworth, said, “Majestic Wine is the second retailer we’ve attracted to Dalton House, after Ducati, who took occupation earlier in the year. Now both retail units are let, we’re looking forward to the building offering some great street level vibrancy in Sale. This is something we’re keen to achieve in many of our office buildings, adding value to our office customers, as well as the local community.”
Dalton House has recently benefited from a complete internal and external refurbishment. Now, the building offers high specification out of town office space with extensive on-site car parking and easy access to both the M60 and Manchester’s city centre. With the entire ground floor retail space let, there now remains 20,000 sq ft office space over 3 floors, all of which is available to rent on competitive and flexible terms.
Andrew Butterworth said, “Our extensive work at Dalton House has completely transformed the building into a great looking local landmark and so far the feedback from people who have viewed the space has been very positive. The offices and retail space on offer at the building is some of the finest in the area and as such, we’re looking forward to announcing more deals here soon.”
Majestic Wine, represented by Rapleys, has signed a 15 year lease with Bruntwood who had retail agents Cheetham Mortimer and GL Hearn acting on their behalf.
