North of England commercial property company Bruntwood has announced 6 new deals within their Leeds city centre office portfolio totaling 22,598 sq ft.
North of England property firm Bruntwood has let a further 5,000 sq ft in Leeds’ city centre with two new deals at 14 King Street.
North of England property firm Bruntwood have let 8,300 sq ft at 14 King Street, in Leeds’ city centre to Gatenby Sanderson and Charles Stanley & Co, who are taking 6,500 and 1,800 sq ft respectively.
North of England property company Bruntwood have launched their latest office building, 14 King Street in Leeds’ city centre. The 37,000 sq ft grade A development, in the traditional core, has benefited from a £2.3m refurbishment.
In January 2008 Bruntwood worked with West Yorkshire Playhouse and the Yorkshire Evening Post to run a competition aimed at young people in the region.
On Wednesday 17th October, north of England property company, Bruntwood successfully completed on 14 King Street, also known as Building C, Cloth Hall Court, in Leeds City Centre. Totalling 38,691 sq.ft (3,595 sq.m).
