Our two properties in Birmingham are physically very different, but both have been extensively refurbished in the last two years following an investment of £7.7 million in bringing them bang up to date. Mclaren is a 20 storey modern office building that has been extensively reworked inside and out to create a new city centre landmark, with suites ranging in size from 800 to 5,600 sq ft. In contrast, Cornwall Buildings is a Grade II-listed building in the heart of the city’s traditional business district and provides refurbished, fully-equipped serviced office suites as well as a range of small conventional office suites whilst still retaining its original Edwardian character and features.
