West One is one of our most popular properties in Leeds, set in the heart of the city’s West End financial district. With office spaces ranging in size from 430 to 1,350 sq ft, it’s already home to a wide range of businesses, from SME’s to large-scale corporates, all attracted by the flexibility, high quality and top-notch customer service that a Bruntwood building delivers.

Also in the West End, we’ve brought 14 King Street back to life with a refurbishment programme that has given a new look to this handsome property both inside and out. But our eye is already on the next building we’re bringing to the market, the 120,000 sq ft City House. Currently a neglected 1960s office block straddling Leeds railway station, we will be bringing all our development expertise to bear in transforming both the building and the surrounding environment into a stunning new location for business success.
