Housing 2 new meeting rooms, Orleans House is ideal for informal 1-1 sessions, training courses or board meetings. All meeting rooms can be hired from as little as one hour and meeting room hire charges include complimentary refreshments.

Catering

When you hire a meeting room at Orleans House, Liverpool, refreshments including tea, coffee, biscuits and water are provided free of charge. We can also arrange any catering you may require during your meeting, from Danish pastries and bacon sandwiches to buffet lunches and canapés. Standard menus are available, but we are just as happy to offer bespoke menus tailored to suit your meeting or event.

Orleans House history

Orleans House was built in 1907 and designed by architects Matear and Simon. It is one of the Liverpool’s, if not the Britain’s, most elegant storage buildings. It’s a Grade ll listed structure that was built as a warehouse for Liverpool’s Cotton Exchange, another Bruntwood office building which lies just across the road. The fact that the two buildings were once related is clear to see as the decorative cladding is very similar.
