Interesting facts
Orleans House was built in 1907 and designed by architects Matear and Simon. It’s a Grade ll listed structure that was built as a warehouse for Liverpool’s Cotton Exchange, another Bruntwood office building which lies just across the road. The fact that the two buildings were once related is clear to see as the decorative cladding is very similar.
