Set in a landscaped courtyard, the Riverside complex is made up of five office buildings, and is located just off Deansgate in Manchester city centre. This ideal location ensures your office staff have easy access to a variety of amenities and Manchester’s major transport links just a few minutes walk away. The office building features a minimalist glass reception area and entrance canopy, and there’s an abundance of public car parking close by. Several high specification offices are available and with the help of our project management team we can help you make the most of the office space available and create an office that’s as individual as your business.

With Bruntwood, you’ll have peace of mind that if your office needs to up or downsize then we can help you to move seamlessly within our 90 buildings throughout Manchester, Leeds, Liverpool and Birmingham, within the terms of your lease. An on-site customer service team are available to help answer the queries of your office staff and their visitors. They also manage the building on a day-to-day basis leaving you free to concentrate on running your business. Riverside history

Previously owned by the Manchester Evening News, Riverside is made up of five buildings of which four are named after printing typefaces – Aldine, Baskerville, Cloister and Delphian. The building was built in the late 60's and early 70’s and the architects who designed the complex are now customers of ours in the fifth building - Executive Suite. Riverside was proud to receive an award for being a great example of the architecture of its period.
