Overview

Deansgate is one of Manchester’s busiest commercial, retail and leisure thoroughfares and this attractive five-storey Victorian office building occupies a prominent corner position at its junction with Peter Street. Nearby are a number of high profile leisure venues and attractions, including the Radisson Edwardian and Midland Hotels, the Great Northern Warehouse entertainment complex and Manchester Central Convention Complex.

This section of Deansgate has also attracted major name retailers such as Blacks Outdoor, Evans Cycles, Dwell and CP Hart, as well as Tesco Express and Sainsburys Local.

There are a number of prominent city centre residential developments in the area and the new Spinningfields development, which is located on the opposite side of Deansgate, is home to major corporate brands such Royal Bank of Scotland, DWF solicitors, Barclaycard and Deloittes.
