St James’, a Grade II listed building, is in a prime position on Oxford Street, Manchester, with train and tram links less than a 5 minute walk away. St James’ houses 2 stunning meeting rooms, one meeting room accommodating up to 14 people and a conference room accommodating up to 70 people in a variety of meeting layouts. Both meeting rooms are fully equipped with state-of –the-art AV equipment and complimentary refreshments, all of which are included in the meeting room hire charge.

When you hire a meeting room at St James’, Manchester, refreshments including tea, coffee, biscuits and water are provided free of charge. We can also arrange any catering you may require during your meeting, from Danish pastries and bacon sandwiches to buffet lunches and canapés. Standard menus are available, but we are just as happy to offer bespoke menus tailored to suit your meeting or event.
AV equipment is available for use in the meeting rooms at St James’, Manchester. All AV equipment is included in the meeting room hire charge.
