Built in 1973 and used as government offices until Bruntwood purchased the office building in 1998, Trafford Plaza is situated on Seymour Grove. Previous customers included The Secretary of State for the Environment, but the major part of the building was home to a Drill Hall used by the Territorial Army and the Air Force Association of Lancaster.
