Trafford Plaza, Offices
73 Seymour Grove
Old Trafford
Manchester
M16 0LD
Trafford Plaza is located in Old Trafford, one of Manchester’s major office locations. It’s just a short walk away from the Trafford bar metrolink station and a variety of local amenities.
Office space available from 500 sq.ft to 42,000 sq.ft
Built in 1973 and used as government offices until Bruntwood purchased the building in 1998, Trafford Plaza is situated on Seymour Grove. Previous customers included The Secretary of State for the Environment, but the major part of the building was home to a Drill Hall used by the Territorial Army and the Air Force Association of Lancaster. A ‘secret room’, perhaps once a pump room, was recently discovered underneath the car park. One of the most striking – and chilling – historical landmarks in Old Trafford, located by the entrance to the park on Chester Road, is a memento from the Great Plague known as ‘The Great Stone’. It was part of an ancient cross used as a ‘plague stone’ where two holes in the stone would have been filled with disinfectant, probably vinegar, into which infected people placed coins in payment for goods.
The people below are responsible for the smooth running of the building and making customers’ lives as easy and enjoyable as possible. As you can see from the testimonials throughout the site, our current customers find them invaluable.
