Bruntwood Team Roles
Customer Service
At Bruntwood we are renowned for our high level of service. As part of one of our highly customer focused teams, you will either be a Customer Service Team Member, responsible for caretaking, front desk and maintenance. Or you will be a Receptionist, ensuring that our customers’ needs are met at all times.
Surveying and Project Management
Our properties are managed by a Property team, comprising four functional areas.
A Building Surveyor or Project Manager is responsible for the fabric of each building and its ongoing refurbishment and development.
The Asset Manager translates lease information into our profit and loss business plan, completes rent reviews, lease renewals and valuations.
The Sales Surveyor knows their particular market, undertakes viewings and negotiates sales transactions.
Our Customer Service Managers then ensure that the customers’ experience is a happy one once they are in our space.
Graduates
Bruntwood recruit around 12 graduates and placement students each year to join our surveying teams. Ultimately, through our in-house training they will become either, Building Surveyors, Quantity Surveyors, Asset Managers or Sales Surveyors.
Marketing
Our Marketing team of nine work closely with property teams to devise appropriate marketing strategies for all our products. Working right across the Marketing mix, they plan, develop and execute campaigns and implement our Branding, communications and Sponsorship strategies.
Human Resources
The Human Resources team support our operational teams to ensure we have the right people with the right skills and attitudes at the right time. They provide all of our people with the tools to enable them to develop their career with Bruntwood.
IT
As our business continues to expand our IT team ensure our systems keep pace with changing technologies ensuring we stay ahead of the game.
Finance
Our Finance team play many crucial roles at Bruntwood from ensuring we have a strong cashflow to assisting property teams with effective financial forecasting for our long term future via 5 year plans.
