We are looking for a Graduate Asset Manager with a strong business or property related degree to join our Asset Management department, based in either our Head Office in Manchester City Centre or our Regional Office in Old Trafford. You will deal with the management of the properties, complete asset valuations, maintain and monitor budgets and cash flow information in 5 Year plans, resolve customer issues and conduct rent reviews. You will work as part of a multi-disciplined team in a forward thinking and vibrant environment with a strong emphasis on innovation. What’s more, you’ll gain some invaluable APC experience on some of Manchester’s most pioneering developments.
