West Gate is situated in Leeds' West End and is perfectly positioned close to Leeds Train Station. West Gate houses a suite of purpose built meeting rooms accommodating from 2 to 52 people in a variety of meeting styles. All of the meeting rooms can be hired from one hour upwards and the meeting room hire charges include complimentary refreshments, AV equipment and delegate stationery.

Catering

When you hire a meeting room at West Gate, Leeds, refreshments including tea, coffee, biscuits and water are provided free of charge. We can also arrange any catering you may require during your meeting, from Danish pastries and bacon sandwiches to buffet lunches and canapés. Standard menus are available, but we are just as happy to offer bespoke menus tailored to suit your meeting or event.

AV

A number of projectors & screens are available for use in the meeting rooms. Use of this equipment is included in the meeting room hire charge. Please enquire about availability at the time of booking your meeting.
