At Bruntwood, you never have to spend your birthday at work because we give everyone an extra day's leave to allow them to celebrate their birthday in style.

You get a paid day off on your birthday and if you are lucky enough that your birthday falls over a weekend, you have the chance to take your birthday leave on either the Friday before or following Monday which means a longer weekend to get the party up and running!
This year my actual birthday fell on one of the Easter bank holidays and I took my birthday leave the day after, so my long weekend was actually 5 days long! Now that’s a great opportunity for a short getaway without using any day from my holiday entitlement. Thanks Bruntwood!”
