Volunteering scheme
Bruntwood Cares is our volunteer programme where we encourage employees to get involved with charitable and other organisations in the community. Every staff member gets two paid days per year to carry out volunteer work, from literacy mentoring in local schools to supporting homeless people in gaining new skills.

“Bruntwood Cares is a great initiative that allows people to undertake charitable work during their working day.
There are a wide range of initiatives to get involved in. Over the last few years I have used Bruntwood cares time for job coaching, a charity bike ride, helping school leavers with practice job interviews and renovating a community health centre so there is plenty to go at!.
