Understanding our departments
Bruntwood is unusual as a property company in that we develop, manage, let and operate all our buildings ourselves.
We employ over 400 people, 140 at our City Tower office in city centre Manchester and 260 in our buildings across the wider Manchester region, Leeds, Liverpool and Birmingham. Our staff numbers are significantly higher than other property companies because of our commitment to providing services directly to our customers, not through third parties. This means that we have strong in-house teams that offer career opportunities in a number of different areas of specialism.
