Customer service and Facilities management

Every Bruntwood building operates with its own customer service and facilities management team under the leadership of the building's General Manager.

Because we handle the bulk of the facilities management of our properties ourselves, we have teams on-hand to deal speedily with any issues that arise, making sure that our buildings don’t just look good, but also consistently adhere to a defined set of high operational standards. We recruit many of our customer service staff from the hospitality sector rather than the property sector to make sure we deliver a premium level of service at all times, because it's the relationship with our customers and how well we respond to their needs that creates one of our key competitive advantages.

Customer service has always been something that I have been passionate about and my relationships with the customers in the building are great – they can approach me when ever they need any assistance or advice.
