"Working in HR at Bruntwood means that I get to work with a brilliant team who really care about supporting our managers and our people.  The HR team are a great team to work with, we all get on really well and help each other out when we need it.

I love the variety of the work I get involved in: I work with managers to help them recruit, manage and develop their teams, support them through annual processes like performance reviews and pay reviews and work with the Directors to design and implement new people processes.
